Launching go-to-market-strategy targeting professionals and small businesses.
Based on the last 6 months' experiences and feedback we are working to deploy a marketing campaign targeting professionals, contractors and small businesses as they are open to improve their businesses, save money and use digital tools, as they can't afford enterprise solutions, helping to generate more relationships online as gatherings are banned.
Later we will focus on mid-size USA companies with an average of 100/500 employees, reaching around 55M of employees. Beyond that starting point, the money spent on business cards from the total of US companies is in the order of $1,2 Billion. From the USA the next goal is to expand to Mexico & Canada, then South America & Europe. From there to the Asian Market.
In its third stage will target smartphone final users. Smartphone users are expected to rise from 236 million users in 2018 to 260 million by the end of 2020 just in the United States market.
Problem or Opportunity
In-person meetings are not happening. And It was impossible to track the life-cycle of a business card. 10 Billion Business cards were printed in the US every year before the Pandemic. Anyway, 90% ended in the trash in less than a week.
There's a huge gap between the very first interaction when two persons meet and the pipeline to concrete certain business or personal engagement. There are a lot of technologies available today but not leveraging the real power of combining mobile, AI, statistics and cloud together for networking purposes. Matching offer with demand not only in personal matters but between users and companies there is a unique opportunity to redesign the human-relation landscape. People trust more storing data in their phones than keeping a printed card, is common to change companies very often so business cards are outdated, you have even a side project, or you can find that you ran out of personal cards. Also, there are billions of smartphones, but not everyone has a printed card.
What would happen if we could all be part of everyone's network?

The final goal of crossing over between social media feeds to target deals is something that never happened before, flipping demand over the offer, wh ere users define what they want-need instead of being targeted based on certain criteria.

The biggest challenge is the behavior change, for people to decide to change from traditional printed cards. Always the risk is big players pushing into this space. However, even this concept was tried by some companies in the past and failed (or acquired), nobody could find a way to become a market standard.
