Idea

Our product Lingo Mii is an educational support platform that assists learners and educators of English pronunciation by visualizing sounds with artificial intelligence.

Current Status

We now have about 200 users and 40 paying users. We are repeating the cycle of collecting feedback from about 10 of these early adopter target users (businessmen in their 20s-30s), extracting the features we need for the next version, re-creating mockups, and asking for feedback.

The feedback will be completed by the middle of this month, and we will start developing a version with brushed up core values (2-3 months). We will then release the next version by September-October.

Problem or Opportunity

Many experts mention the importance of pronunciation because communication is not possible without understanding English pronunciation. Nevertheless, the learning environment is immature compared to other subjects. The reasons for this are that the sounds are "invisible," "cannot be practiced," and "a heavy burden on the teacher's side. We are solving these problems by visualizing sound with AI and building an educational platform.

Solution (product or service)

We will solve these problems in the following three ways

1. Visualization of Pronunciation
Our AI visualizes pronunciation and makes pronunciation intuitive.

2. User Apps
We will provide users with an app that will allow them to practice daily and will also include a function to check for correct pronunciation in daily conversation.

3. Educational Support Platform
The platform will enable teachers to track their students' learning status at a glance and share teaching materials to improve teaching efficiency and quality.

Business model

We have two revenue models: B2C and B2B. B2C creates revenue by providing apps to learners as a Subscription. B2C generates revenue by providing an app for students and a management system for teachers to universities and language schools.
The B2C model will be priced at $3/m, while the B2B model will be offered at $4,000 per year per 20 students.
